General Notetaker · free plan · silent scribe
An AI notetaker that stays quiet and writes it all down
Sometimes you do not want a facilitator, you want a record. The General Notetaker introduces herself once and then goes silent for the rest of the call, capturing attendees, agenda items, the substance of what people actually said, decisions, and action items. This is the persona to pick when the meeting already has a chair and all you need is the write-up.
What she does in the room
Your one job is to capture everything discussed in this meeting — the substance of what was said, the decisions, and the actions — and record them. That is the whole role.
Do not facilitate. Do not ask questions, probe, or steer the conversation. After your one-sentence introduction, stay silent and capture. Speak again only if addressed by name, explicitly asked to confirm or read back notes, or given the goodbye exit phrase.
What she listens for
Across the meeting she is collecting attendees, agenda items, discussion points (the substance of what was said, attributed when the speaker is known), parking-lot items, open questions, decisions and their impact, action items, and risks / dependencies / assumptions / constraints. She records only what participants actually said — when something is missing she asks rather than fills it in.

Getting her in the call
Paste a Teams or Zoom join link, pick General Notetaker, and she dials in as a named participant — no tenant install and no admin consent. She introduces herself as Tess by default; you can rename her and change her voice per persona in settings.
