Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Ava, the live business-analyst meeting agent at avameeting.com. By creating an account or sending Ava into a meeting, you agree to them.
The service
Ava joins Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings you invite her to, listens, asks clarifying questions when you choose facilitator mode, and produces artifacts (such as a BRD, user stories, and a RAID log) from what participants actually said. A free 60-minute trial is included. Paid plans are billed through Stripe.
Your meetings
You are responsible for inviting Ava only to meetings you are allowed to record, and for telling other participants that a note-taking / analyst bot is present, as required by local law and your client agreements. Ava will appear as a named participant on the call.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your login to yourself. Do not use Ava to capture meetings without authorization, to harass anyone, or to attempt to break or overload the service. We may suspend an account that violates these terms.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
The first 60 minutes are free and do not require a card. Pro is a subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from Billing; access continues through the end of the paid period. If Ava's first paid meeting is not useful, email hello@avameeting.com and we will refund that first paid charge.
Limitation of liability
Ava is a working assistant, not legal, financial, or professional advice. Artifacts are drafts grounded in the meeting; you remain responsible for what you send to clients or delivery teams. The service is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for amounts above what you paid us in the prior three months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
